Breakfast Quesadilla

3 4 oz cartons Morningstar Farms® Scramblers® -- thawed

1/2 cup Morningstar Farms® Sausage Style Recipe

Crumbles

2/3 cup shredded cheese

1/2 cup chopped onions

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

4 burrito-size flour tortillas

low-fat sour cream -- (optional)

salsa -- (optional)

 

Prepare MORNINGSTAR FARMS SCRAMBLERS according to package directions. Set aside.

 

In a second skillet, brown tortillas, one at a time, by frequently turning

tortilla with tongs.

 

Spoon 1/2 of the MORNINGSTAR FARMS SCRAMBLERS gently and evenly onto 1 tortilla.

Layer 1/2 of the MORNINGSTAR FARMS Sausage Style Recipe Crumbles, cheese, onions

and cilantro. Top with second tortilla. Return to skillet and cook over low

heat, turning if necessary until the cheese is melted. Repeat procedure again

for second quesadilla.

 

Cut each quesadilla into 8 wedges. Serve with sour cream and salsa, if desired.
