Guest guest Posted April 16, 2001 Report Share Posted April 16, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Marinated Mushrooms Recipe By :Lindsay Wagner and Ariane Spade Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : New Import Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 pound small unopened mushrooms 1/4 cup french vinaigrette 1 tablespoon fresh parsley -- finely chopped 1 teaspoon finely chopped shallot or 1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh garlic mixed with 1/2 tsp. finely chopped green onion Remove stems from the mushrooms and reserve for another use. Prepare the vinaigrette and mix with the parsley and shallot. Pour over the mushrooms and toss to coat. Let stand at least 1 hour. Serve as an appetizer or as a salad on a bed of chopped Boston lettuce.
