Super Smoothie with Banana, Papaya, Cranberry

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 banana

1/2 cup cubed papaya

1/4 cup plain yogurt

1/4 cup skim milk or light soy milk

2 tablespoons frozen cranberry juice

1 tablespoon wheat germ

1/2 tablespoon vanilla protein powder (soy based)

 

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
