Asparagus with Soy-Ginger Vinaigrette

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 medium scallions -- white and green parts minced

2 cloves garlic -- pressed and pureed

3 tablespoons Asian sesame oil

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1/4 cup lime juice -- ( about the juice from 2 limes )

1 tablespoon honey

1 recipe broiled asparagus

 

Whisk together all the ingredients except asparagus. Drizzle over asparagus

and serve immediately.
