Guest guest Posted April 5, 2001 Report Share Posted April 5, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Gazpacho Recipe By :Lindsay Wagner and Ariane Spade Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Kitpath Soups Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 28-oz. can tomatoes -- chopped or 3.5c chopped fresh tomatoes 1 cucumber -- peeled and diced 1 medium onion -- chopped 1 green pepper -- seeded and chopped 4 1/2 cups water 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 3 teaspoons olive oil 2 tablespoons vinegar salt and pepper -- to taste. Place the tomatoes in a large mixing bowl and mash. Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours before serving.
