It just dawned on me that Bryanna Grogan uses honey in some of her recipes, so

maybe there's honey in a couple I sent, making them not vegan. Maybe one could

substitute brown rice syrup.

Honey-Garlic-Mustard Dressing

1 cup Oil Substitute for Salad Dressing, made

with broth

1/4 cup cider vinegar

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons tofu mayonnaise

2 to 3 cloves garlic -- crushed

1/2 teaspoon salt

pepper to taste

 

Mix everything in a blender.

 

Description:

" This versatile dressing is good on greens or fruit salads. "

" 1 1/3 cups "
