Low-Fat Poppy Seed Dressing

1 cup Oil Substitute for Salad Dressing

6 tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 cup honey

1 to 2 tablespoons poppy seeds

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon lemon zest -- grated

 

Shake everything together in a covered jar.

 

Description:

" This is delightful on fruit salads or Romaine lettuce and either

orange or grapefruit sections. It's equally good on exotic fruits such

as mango and papaya. "
