Sweet and Sour Dressing

1 cup Oil Substitute for Salad Dressing

2/3 cup red wine, cider, or rice vinegar

2 tablespoons honey

3 cloves garlic -- crushed

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon soy sauce or Vegetarian Worcestershire

Sauce

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 teaspoon dry mustard

 

Combine everything in a blender, then refrigerate in a covered jar.

 

Description:

" If you like a sweet dressing, perhaps for a spinach salad, try this

one. It's also great on bean salad. "
