Oil-Free Italian Dressing

1 cup Oil Substitute for Salad Dressing

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/2 tablespoon honey

1 to 2 cloves garlic -- crushed

1 teaspoon salt or herbal salt

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon paprika

pepper to taste

 

Mix together in a covered jar.

 

Yield:

" 1 1/3 cups "
