Guest guest Posted April 3, 2001 Report Share Posted April 3, 2001 I know a number have been posted, but here's another- * Exported from MasterCook * Vegetarian Worcestershire Sauce Recipe By :The (Almost) No Fat Cookbook - Bryanna Clark Grogan Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup cider vinegar 1/3 cup dark molasses 1/4 cup soy sauce or mushroom soy sauce 1/4 cup water 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1 1/2 tablespoons salt 1 1/2 teaspoons powdered mustard 1 teaspoon onion powder 3/4 teaspoon powdered ginger 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic granules 1/4 teaspoon cayenne 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves or allspice 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
