Black Bean and Garlic Sauce

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

14 ounces cooked black beans

5 small garlic cloves -- chopped

1/2 cup light soy sauce

1/4 cup dry sherry

2 cups water

 

Combine all ingredients and mash or grind coarse in food processor. Simmer for

10 minutes. Serves 4 as side dish.
