Guest guest Posted March 26, 2001 Report Share Posted March 26, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Baked Bulgur with Pecans Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Side Dish/Grains Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup bulgur wheat, uncooked 1/2 teaspoon dried basil 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 cups boiling water 1/4 cup chopped pecans Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil a 1 quart baking dish or spray with a nonstick cooking spray. Place bulgur, basil, salt, and pepper in prepared baking dish. Add boiling water and mix well. Cover tightly and bake 20 minutes. Fluff with a fork, add pecans, and mix well.
