just found this one among the lundberg recipes.

Marzipan

1 cup whole almonds

3 tbsp. Lundberg Sweet Dreams Brown Rice Syrup

1-2 drops bitter almond extract

 

Cook almonds in water for 2-3 minutes, remove the peels, and place the almonds

in a blender. Add Lundberg Sweet Dreams and bitter almond extract, and blend.

The consistency should be coarse enough to taste the nuts, but fine enough to

mold. For beautiful candy, dye part of the marzipan with carob or beet juice.

Yields 12-14 small servings.
