Makes: 24 nachos; serves: 4 to 6 I definitely prefer using homemade chips for this recipe, since they tend to be sturdier than packaged chips. 1. Preheat broiler. 2. Arrange chips close together on a heat-proof platter. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle jalapeño peppers over the cheese. 3.
