Low fat Makes: 1 2/3 cups; serves: 8 to 12 Be sure to use ripe pineapple (slightly overripe is okay too) in this incredibly wonderful salsa. 1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor container fitted with a steel blade. Cover and process until finely chopped. Variation: Use less or more jalapeño to taste.
