Low fat Makes: 1 2/3 cups; serves. 8 to 12 Fruity, spicy, and tart, this salsa is almost like fresh cranberry relish with a bang. Use it to jazz up bean or rice dishes. 1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor container fitted with a steel blade. Cover and process until finely chopped. Variation: Use fewer or more jalapeño peppers to taste.
