Low fat Makes: about 1 cup I use bottled horseradish for this recipe. If you choose freshly grated horseradish, use significantly less (to taste). 1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor container fitted with a steel blade. Cover and process until finely chopped or smooth, whichever you prefer. Variation: Use only one tablespoon horseradish for a mild sauce.
