Guest guest
Hi, here in Germany we don't have egg replacer (yet). When a recipe says 1tbsp egg replacer, how many eggs are this? I would appreciate your help. Thanks! Marita
Guest guest
The following is a recipe for an Ener-G Egg Replacer type mix you can make yourself. If you want to use eggs instead, 2 tbsp water plus 1 1/2 tsp Egg Replacer equals one egg. * Exported from MasterCook * Ener-G Type Egg Replacer Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup potato starch 3/4 cup tapioca flour 2 tsps baking powder Mix all well.
