Guest guest Posted March 16, 2001 Report Share Posted March 16, 2001 just tried this yesterday in a modified recipe - delicious! * Exported from MasterCook * Sweetened Condensed Soymilk Recipe By :Soyfoods Cooking for a Positive Menopause - Bryanna Clark Grogan Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup unbleached sugar 2/3 cup boiling water 6 tablespoons soy milk powder 5 tablespoons soy protein isolate powder 1 tablespoon melted nondairy margarine Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and process until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is thick. Pour into a clean jar, cover, and refigerate. The milk thickens when chilled. Description: " This can be used in baking and candy-making instead of canned condensed dairy milk. It's fast to make and keeps in the refrigerator for several weeks.
