Every time I think about asparagus, I think it'd be a shame to have without this

sauce - it's really good and couldn't be more simple!

" Hollandaise " Sauce

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup Tofu Mayonnaise

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt

pinch cayenne

pinch turmeric

 

Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and mix until well combined.

Serve at room temperature or heat slowly in a saucepan over low heat (do not

boil), stirring until heated through.

 

Description:

" A quick and cholesterol-free alternative to hollandaise sauce.

Brightens up fresh steamed broccoli or asparagus. "
