Fennel Mustard Sauce

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

4 tablespoons Dijon mustard

4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon sweetener -- your choice

1 teaspoon ground fennel seed

1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

 

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, and whisk together until

emulsified.
