Here's one of my family's favorite asparagus recipes. It's so easy too!

Asparagus w/Lemon-Mustard Vinaigrette

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 1/2 lbs fresh or canned asparagus

2 tsp. Lemon & Pepper seasoning

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

1/2 tsp sugar

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

 

Steam or boil asparagus 7-10 mins. or until crisp-tender, if using fresh, and

rinse with cold water. Place asparaus on a large platter. Combine remaining

ingredients for dressing and drizzle over asparagus.
