It's so easy too! * Exported from MasterCook * Asparagus w/Lemon-Mustard Vinaigrette Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Asparagus Vegan Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 lbs fresh or canned asparagus 2 tsp. Lemon & Pepper seasoning 1 tbsp red wine vinegar 1/2 tsp sugar 1/4 cup olive oil 1 tbsp Dijon mustard Steam or boil asparagus 7-10 mins. or until crisp-tender, if using fresh, and rinse with cold water. Place asparaus on a large platter.
