Guest guest Posted March 11, 2001 Report Share Posted March 11, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Smoked Corn Relish Recipe By : Lora Brody Plugged In, 1998, page 362 Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Smoker Side Dishes Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 cups smoked corn kernels (see separate recipe) 1 small red onion -- finely minced 1 small red bell pepper -- seeded and diced 3 tablespoons honey 3 tablespoons cider vinegar 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/4 teaspoon dill seeds salt and freshly ground black pepper -- to taste Yield: About 2 cups Yet another great use for those smoked corn kernels. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir.
