Ramen Noodles Plus

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 packages instant vegetarian ramen noodles,

including the powdered soup base packet

4 cups water

1/2 pound broccoli or some other vegetable -- sliced and cooked

until crisp-tender

3 to 4 green onions -- sliced

5 triangles Oven-Fried Tofu -- sliced into strips

1/2 cup frozen baby peas or whole green beans

toasted sesame oil, for garnish

 

Follow the directions on the package for making the soup. Add all the remaining

ingredients, sprinkling the toasted sesame seed oil on each serving as a

garnish.
