hi!

The back cover of fine cooking for may 2001 shows pictures of how miso is made

in new england --!-- where azuki bean, rice, chickpea, and other miso blends are

made.

but i did find a 15-page booklet in pdf

I've been using miso as soup base, or to flavor sauces, etc.
