Guest guest Posted March 5, 2001 Report Share Posted March 5, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Plum Tart with Rose-Scented Cream Recipe By : Lisa Turner Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Desserts Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 14 medjool dates -- chopped 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans 2 tablespoons apple juice 6 medium plums -- sliced 8 ounces heavy whipping cream essential rose oil (not perfume oil) Combine dates, coconut, pecans and apple juice in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well with hands, then press mixture into a glass pie dish. Layer crust with sliced plums. Pour whipping cream into a glass bowl and add two drops of essential rose oil. Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form, and spoon on top of tart.
