Italian Popcorn

2 teaspoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup popcorn

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

 

Heat broth oils in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in the

oregano and garlic powder.

 

Add popcorn. Cover, but leave the lid a tiny bit ajar so the popcorn does not

become soggy from the steam in the pot. Cook until there are 2 to 3 seconds

between pops.

 

Toss with Parmesan.
