Drain the water. Remove stems from parsley. Chop fine, and combine with the remaining ingredients. Serve chilled. Serves: 10. Calories per serving: 145; protein: 2 grams; carbohydrate: 12 grams; fat: 11 grams; cholesterol: 0 milligrams; sodium: 226 milligrams.
