Add the leeks; cook, stirring, until softened, about 1 minute. Add the Jerusalem artichokes, vegetable broth, and lemon juice. Cook, stirring, 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Stir in the black beans. Cook, stirring, until heated through.
