Cook the rutabaga in boiling water for 20 minutes or until tender; drain. Place in large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients. Mash with a fork, electric mixer, or food processor. Variation: Omit the brown sugar and nutmeg. Description: " There's just a hint of sweetness in these rutabaga. If you'd like more, increase the brown sugar to taste.
