Tahini Dressing

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

1/3 cup tahini -- (sesame paste)

1/3 cup water

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

3 cloves garlic -- minced

2 sprigs parsley

 

Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and process until smooth.

 

 

Variation: Chop the parsley and stir together the ingredients instead of using a

blender.
