I meant to post it too, but forgot. * Exported from MasterCook * Tahini Dressing Recipe By :1,000 Vegetarian Recipes, Carol Gelles, pg 392 Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/3 cup tahini -- (sesame paste) 1/3 cup water 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 3 cloves garlic -- minced 2 sprigs parsley Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and process until smooth.
