Low fat Makes: 5 1/2 cups; serves: 3 to 4 Served over polenta or brown rice, this dish makes a very satisfying meal. 1. In a large skillet, heat the oil over high heat. Add the garlic; cook, stirring, 10 seconds. Add the broccoli; cook, stirring, until tender crisp, about 4 minutes. 2. Add the broth and bring to a boil. Add the beans. Return to a boil and cook, stirring, until heated through, about 3 minutes.
