Zesty Remoulade

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons Prepared horseradish -- drained

1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice

1 Celery stalk -- finely chopped

2 Green onions -- finely chopped (up to 3)

1 tablespoon Finely-chopped chives

1 Garlic clove -- finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce

 

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to

blend flavors. Serve chilled.

This recipe yields 1 3/4 cups.
