Low fat Makes: 1 1/2 cups; serves: 10 to 12 This recipe takes off where the Fresh Tomato Soup finishes. 1. Prepare Fresh Tomato Soup according to recipe, but add cilantro, chili powder, and cumin to the soup before puréeing. 2. After puréeing, stir in corn and chilies; reheat if necessary.
