Makes: 1 cup. This creamy sauce is tangy from the salsa. Use it instead of yogurt or sour cream on top of chili or as a dip for vegetables (I especially like Belgian endive or celery with this). 1. In a medium bowl, stir together all the ingredients. Variation: Add chopped chilies to taste.
