Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, 40 minutes. Place in a food processor container fitted with a steel blade. Cover and process until smooth. Pour the puree through a sieve to remove the seeds. VARIATION: Strawberry Ketchup: Use sliced strawberries instead of the raspberries. Don't bother to sieve the ketchup.
