Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process until the artichokes are coarsely chopped. Place in an oven-proof or microwave-safe serving bowl, and sprinke with paprika. Bake for 10 minutes or microwave on high for 2 minutes. Description: " This easy hot dip never fails to please. Serve it with crackers, crostini, or French bread.
