Cut block of tofu in half lengthwise, so you have two long pieces. Then cut each piece in half. Then cut each piece into triangles so you have 8 triangles. Place these on dark, oiled cookie sheets (which help foods brown better), and brush the triangles with vegetable oil. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until golden and puffy. These may be frozen for future use.
