Tofu Herb Sauce

2/3 cup firm or extra-firm silken tofu

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon dried mint, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh

mint, or 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/2 teaspoon salt

pinch sugar

pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons tahini (optional)

 

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process until

very smooth.

 

Description:

" This is especially good on the Soyfelafel. "
