Smoky Southwest Dip

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 12.3 oz package lite silken tofu

1/4 cup Chipotle Gourmayo eggless mayonnaise

1/3 cup mesquite barbecue sauce

3 cloves garlic -- peeled

1/2 cup chopped yellow onion

1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/2 cup nutritional yeast

1/4 cup diced green chiles

1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

3 tablespoons lime juice

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon dry sherry

1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

 

Place tofu in food processor and blend. Add the eggless mayonnaise and barbecue

sauce and process. Add the garlic, onions, and bell pepper and bland. Add the

remaining ingredients and process to blend.

 

Place in a covered container and chill several hours or overnight for best

flavor. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
