Place tofu in a food processor and blend; add the Gourmayo, garlic, onions, and bell pepper, and blend. Add the Tofu Hero and spinach and pulse to mix. Add the remaining ingredients and process to blend. Place in a covered container to chill several hours or overnight for best flavor.
