It is available in health food stores. Karen List Owner

It is available in health food stores. And just so none of you will embarrass yourselves by misprounoucing it the way *I* did - it's pronounced goh-mah-shee-oh. There are no accented syllables in Japanese, so don't worry about that. You just need that " shee " sound in there. There is no " see " sound in Japanese, and the romanized spelling of " gomasio " is the old version, which assumed that everyone who needed to know this would know it from studying the language. There is a new romanization used in Japan now - it would be spelled " gomashio " in the current usage. Lisa (who spent two years in Japan, but never learned the language properly) Lisa T.
