Guest guest Posted February 18, 2001 Report Share Posted February 18, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Strawberry-Banana Shake Recipe By : Marie Oser Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Beverages Miso & Tofu Vegan Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 package Mori Nu Silken Tofu Lite SIZE OF PACKAGE - 12.3 ounces 1 medium banana -- peeled and sliced 1 cup frozen strawberries -- do not thaw 1 cup Silk Vanilla Soymilk -- enriched 1/2 cup liquid Fruitsource -- to taste OR other sweetener Place tofu in food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Add banana and frozen strawberries and blend. Add soymilk and Fruitsource and blend until smooth.
