Place cheese over entire bottom of pie crust. Place other fillings (diced onions, tomatoes, bell pepper, etc.) over cheese. Thoroughly mix Egg Replacer and milk until smooth (3 to 5 minutes). Pour over filling in pie crust. Bake about 30 minutes or until pie crust is golden brown.
