Egg Replacer Quiche

1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

diced onions, tomatoes, bell peppers,

tomatoes, etc.

3 1/2 tablespoons Ener-G Egg Replacer

1/2 cup milk or cream

1 8-inch pie crust -- unbaked

 

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

 

Place cheese over entire bottom of pie crust. Place other fillings (diced

onions, tomatoes, bell pepper, etc.) over cheese.

 

Thoroughly mix Egg Replacer and milk until smooth (3 to 5 minutes). Pour over

filling in pie crust. Bake about 30 minutes or until pie crust is golden brown.
