I haven't tried this yet but it sounds great. Believe it or not, I am out of

wheat germ and as soon as I get some, I am going to try this. Sheryl

Bread Machine Multigrain Loaf

1/4 cup bulgur

1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 1/4 cups buttermilk

1/4 cup honey

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 package active dry yeast

 

Prepare the recipe according to your bread machine's instructions.
