Pasta with Chickpeas

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

10 ounces short pasta -- or more

8 ounces cooked chickpeas -- or more

3 cloves finely chopped garlic

1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary

1/2 cup olive oil -- approximately

A good pinch paprika powder

 

Prepare your pasta as usual and spoon into a warm dish and cover. Heat the olive

oil and fry the garlic for a minute or so, then add the drained chickpeas and

the rosemary, reduce the heat and sprinkle with paprika. Simmer for about a

minute, then mix the chick peas and garlic with the pasta.
