Guest guest
* Exported from MasterCook * Shallot " Sour Cream " Recipe By :The Voluptuous Vegan - Myra Kornfeld Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 pound silken tofu 3 tablespoons canola oil 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 2 teaspoons brown rice vinegar 3/4 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon minced shallots I like to slather this spread, which tastes like sour-cream-and-onion dip, on top of potato pancakes. Your guests will be amazed to discover that this is tofu. Serve the " sour cream " on crudite or any type of prepared potato. Combine all ingredients except the shallots in a food processor and process until creamy. Add the shallots and pulse to combine. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 376 Calories; 41g Fat (95.2% calories from fat); trace Protein; 4g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 1600mg Sodium.
