Cut the squash in half lengthwise and use a teaspoon to remove the seeds. Cut the squash into triangular wedges, place iin a bowl and toss with the oil. syrup, and salt. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast until the squash is tender and lightly caramelized. " What is delicata squash - I've never heard of it? And the word, delicata, doesn't appear in any of my dictionaries. Delicata is a winter squash and is on the sweet side.
