Cook, covered for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the squash is barely tender. Check after 5 minutes so as not to overcook. Uncover, add the maple syrup to the pan, and turn the heat up to high. Boil for a few minutes, until the syrup has reduced and thickened. Sprinkle with salt. Description: " The maple glaze coats the squash and complements the vegetable's natural sweetness.
